Role Overview

We are looking for a responsible and organized Affiliate Marketing (Contract) to support our affiliate and eCommerce operations team. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy coordination work, handling reports, communicating with affiliates and supporting online campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit new affiliates and assist in managing affiliate relationships
• Act as the main point of contact for affiliates by handling inquiries and providing support
• Prepare and share marketing materials/resources with affiliates
• Monitor affiliate activities and ensure compliance with company guidelines
• Track affiliate performance and assist in preparing reports
• Reconcile monthly affiliate sales reports
• Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to support campaign goals
• Process product sample requests accurately and on time
• Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks assigned by superior

Job Requirement

• Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing, eCommerce, Administration, or related field
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Basic knowledge of eCommerce or affiliate marketing is an advantage
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible
• Able to multitask and follow timelines
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
