Big Fat Smile Sdn Bhd is a fast-growing FMCG company behind Home Care, Car Care and Pet Care brands. We operate across Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada, Shopify and modern retail channels throughout Malaysia.

What You'll Do?

• Assist in managing online product listings.
• Support campaign and promotion setup.
• Update product information and store content.
• Monitor marketplace operations.
• Work with Marketing, Design and Operations teams.
• Gain exposure to real product launches and e-commerce campaigns.

What We're Looking For?

• Currently pursuing Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce or related field
• Able to commit at least 3 months internship
• Final semester students preferred
• Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms is a plus
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
• Good communication skills
