Big Fat Smile Sdn Bhd is a fast-growing FMCG and e-commerce company behind brands in Home Care, Car Care and Pet Care. We're looking for a creative and energetic Influencer Marketing Officer to grow our influencer network and execute campaigns that drive real business results.

Job Description

• Source and recruit influencers, KOLs and content creators.
• Build and maintain strong creator relationships.
• Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate product seeding and campaign timelines.
• Review influencer content before publishing.
• Track campaign performance and prepare reports.
• Analyze campaign results and recommend improvements.
• Stay updated with social media and influencer trends.
• Work closely with the Marketing, Creative and E-Commerce teams.

Job Requirement

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field.
• Experience in Influencer Marketing, KOL Management or Digital Marketing.
• Good understanding of TikTok, Instagram and social media trends.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Proactive, organized and able to manage multiple projects.

Bonus If You Have

• Experience with TikTok Shop or social commerce.
• Existing network of influencers or KOLs.
• Experience working in FMCG or e-commerce.
